Ourfamilycompanion.com is owned and operated by Memorial Sketches ^TM of Bucyrus, Ohio. We create professional biographical DVD memorials for funeral homes throughout central Ohio.

Our memorials sketch out the personal scenes of a life that has moved on, so families and friends can have a beautiful and lasting tribute to the ones they love. We allow the families to personally pick the photographs, music, closing sentiments and other additional options. We then synchronize all photographs with music into a moving DVD slideshow that is played during their loved one’s visitation and funeral services.

Proudly, our biographical memorials have become an integral part in families honoring and celebrating their loved one’s life. It’s also nice that they can keep such a memoir of photos without having to worry about them fading, deteriorating or being destroyed over time.

With all this in mind, we thought it would be wonderful to offer DVD memorials for pet owners. The best way we thought to reach to masses was to integrate our DVD memorial process on the web along with a community for pet owners who want to celebrate in the joys and experiences their family companions brought to their lives.

In case anyone wonders – we have been pet owners (and rescuers) for over 15 years, so we understand how much a pet becomes a part of the family in a loving home. Currently, our family companions include Jack (who our children rescued from a dumpster in town), Sam (a stray), Cotton (who was tossed out as a kitten to fend for himself) and Kitty (a stray who Sam brought home one day).
